Solution-IV for Reprographics

TS WebServer™/e-Commerce

The TS WebServer/e-Commerce On-Line service package enables your customers to review their accounts, print invoices and statements, get quotes, place orders, check job progress, send files view product images and more. Customers can now access the information you want them to access, saving many hours of your employee time responding to these requests. TS Digital PlanRoom™ New (Availability Q1 2002)*

TS Digital PlanRoom provides a secure capability to provide on-line information about Bid Packs including plans, documents and change orders directly to your customers over the Internet. Supporting Bid Packs, Bidders Lists, thumbnail views of drawings, revision tracking and notification, ordering and document management. TS Digital PlanRoom will be available Q1 2002, and is fully integrated into Solution-IV.

TS ODBC DataServer™

TS ODBC DataServer opens the Thoroughbred Database to any ODBC compliant application including spreadsheets, word processors, databases and report writers. Once the Thoroughbred table/file is exposed to ODBC, its data is available to compliant applications. TS ODBC DataServer is available in Read Only, and Read/Write versions.

TimExpress™/JobTraK™

TimExpress is an automated employee time keeping system that can use keyboard/mouse, card reader, and wand and touch screen entry of employee time. It is integrated into Solution-IV's Payroll for systems with that module, or will run stand-alone for systems not using the Payroll module. TimExpress is complete with management and maintenance screens and detailed reports.

JobTraK is an extended Job Tracking system that also provides detailed Job Cost information. Includes TimExpress. See www.tbred.com for additional information.

DataSafeGuard™

DataSafeGuard is Thoroughbred's system recovery package. In the event of a system failure, DataSafeGuard will bring the system current to the last transaction prior to the failure, saving many hours of re-entry of data. Unlike many transaction back-up systems, DataSafeGuard requires very little system resource, and does not adversely affect the performance of the system.
